• Structural and internal fitout alterations to 3 floors of the duty free department store.
• Extensions to the third floor retail areas.
• Staged construction of retail areas while maintaining the store’s trading throughout the project duration.

• Curved plasterboard walling and themed, shaped plasterboard ceilings.
• Themed mosaic floor tiling.
• Stone flooring and architecturally designed intricate lighting.
• Fire separation walling and roller shutters.
• Glazed entry displays with stainless steel cladding.
• New glazed front entry awning.
